Liabilities & Cancellation Policies
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels and transportation companies etc. Hotels and transportation companies retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by JM according to the modifications.
JM shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred, directly or indirectly, due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, immigration procedures, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.
JM shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting, directly or indirectly, from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
JM do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. All baggage and personal property at all times are at the client's risk.
JM shall not be responsible for the quality and prices of services and purchases not included in the booked tour package, like meals and souvenirs.
JM reserves the right at any time by giving the notice in writing to cancel this agreement, should the 2nd party fail to fulfill the terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy for Day Tours or Tours with transfers only (no overnights)
Administrative fee for Multi-Day (No hotels included) tours 7 days & less 200USD non-refundable
Administrative fee for Multi-Day (No hotels included) tours 7 days & More 300USD non-refundable
-Day tours can be cancelled up to 35 days before the day of the tour and we will refund you the amount you have paid less an administrative fee of 35% of the tour value. If the 35% of the total package price is less than $100USD an administrative fee of $100USD will be charged.
-Up to 10 day before the day of the tour cancellation fees will be 100%.
Transportation Terms
-Administrative fee for transportation 3 Days & Less 50USD non-refundable
-Transportation cancelation up to 6 day before the day of the tour cancellation fees will be 50%
- Last minute bookings are non-refundable (32 Hrs before the trip time)
-Transfer of a confirmed booking to another tour or departure date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.
-In case of a travel warning to Jordan the cancellation policy will be handled case by case.
-Refunds will be made using the same method of payment (unless specified by you for a different method by which to receive the refund) less any bank charges/credit card charges/payment fees and charges incurred which are not covered by us.
Cancellation Fees and charges

No show/Cancellation day of arrival 100% of the total package price
